General

    • Q: Where is the event venue? What time is the event?
      The Event Center at the Cathedral Of Saint Mary Of The Assumption
      1111 Gough Street
      San Francisco;
      Reception starts at 5:00pm
      Please note that the event time has changed to 5:00pm.

 

    • Q: How do I get to the event?
      The venue is reachable via many modes of transit. There is limited parking available on site.

    • Q: How much are anniversary tickets?
      Each ticket costs $125. Every person needs a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable.

 

    • Q: Where can I buy event tickets?
      You can purchase your tickets on our EventBrite page here or go to the Tickets page for more information about alternative methods.

  • Q: How do I sponsor or buy an advertisement?
    To sponsor our 45th Anniversary event, you must fill out the Event Sponsorship form.

  • Q: What are the different levels of event sponsorship?
    There are 6 different levels of sponsorship, each having their own benefits. They are: Movement Visionary ($20,000), Movement Leader ($10,000), Movement Builder ($5,000), Movement Champion ($2,500), Movement Warrior ($1,000), and Movement Organizer ($500).

  • Q: What are the possible advertisement sizes?
    There are four possible advertisement sizes: full page, half page, quarter page and business card size. Refer to the table below for each specific dimensions necessary for the program booklet.

Half Page 7” (w) x 3.5” (h)
Quarter Page 3.375” (w) x 3.5” (h)
Business Card 3.5” (w) x 2” (h)
  • Q: What is the recommended quality for ads?
    Please ensure the files you send us are print quality — 300 dpi. We prefer them to be PDF files but JPG, PNG, EPS, and TIFF are acceptable.

 

  • Q: What’s the last date for purchasing an advertisement?
    The last date to submit your advertisement is Friday, August 18, 2017; therefore, please also purchase one by that date. Send your advertisement file to celebrating45[at]cpasf.org.
